10 Days Off Festival, Ghent   We have just arrived back from Ghent where we were taking part in a special event at the S.M.A.K. Museum of Modern Art sponsored by Eastpak. We were very proud to have eight La Boca prints displayed in the main museum building and also 70 customised Eastpak CD wallets that we painted ‘live’ on the day during performances by The Emperor Machine and The Oscillation. Once again the event was accompanied by an excellent video installation by Pelican Video from Antwerp.

Lucy*   We had a great time at our exhibition in Antwerp. The event featured a great video installation of La Boca artwork produced by Pelican Video from Antwerp. Each design was completely restructured in 3 dimensions and linked to the soundsystem to animate live with the music. Hopefully more collaborations with Pelican to follow soon...

Eastpak   Our first collaboration with Eastpak Europe. A giant customised rucksack we have christened the Orifice Monster. The bag was donated to the Music For Life charity and has just raised 305 euro on ebay.

Illustrative Paris   We exhibited a new triptych of B&W prints at this year's Illustrative event in Paris. The 3 prints form an image 1.5 meters long and were displayed as part of the Lazy Dog exposition (centre print shown above). Available to buy from Lazy Dog soon...

La Boca exhibition, Antwerp   From the 8th to 22nd of December La Boca will be holding an exhibition of artwork created for DC Recordings in the artspace at Lucy* in Antwerp, Belgium. The exhibition includes a selection of prints, a one-off 4.5 metre wall print, an xxxxl rucksack customised for Eastpak and a very special video installation in association with Pelican Video from Antwerp. We will also have a selection of limited edition prints available to buy at the venue for the duration of the show. To mark the opening of the exhibition DC will be hosting a special party on Saturday 8th December at Lucy* - including a live show by The Oscillation and DJs Depth Charge, James Dyer and the USA Import crew.

La Boca at Colette!   La Boca are very pleased to announce that we will be holding a small exhibition of our artwork for DC Recordings at Colette in Paris. The show will run from the 16th November to the 1st December and we will have a selection of limited edition prints/posters for sale (and hopefully a few T'shirts as well). To coincide with the exhibition, DC Recordings will be accompanying us to Paris to hold a special party at Nouveau Casino on the 23rd November. Hope to see you there!

Simian Mobile Disco “Hustler”   Continuing the music library series we’ve been designing for SMD, the next single “Hustler” is released in the UK on 26th November. The two 12” set includes a nice purple-glitter vinyl and has some tasty new mixes by Armand van Helden and Kevin Saunderson.
